Lumino Ride Reserves the right to decline services for vehicles containing biohazard Materials including but not limited to: vomit, human or animal waste, urine, blood, Mold..

Such cases require specialized remediation services beyond detailing.

STAIN AND ODOUR DISCLAIMER

While Lumino ride makes every effort to Significantly reduce or eliminate stains and odors, complete removal cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

Some stains and doors may have penetrated deep into fabric Foam, or underline materials and may require specialize restoration services beyond detailing.

ARRIVAL WINDOW POLICY

Lumino Ride operates on a 1hr arrival window.

For example, If your Appointment is scheduled between 9AM-10AM

Our team may arrive at any time within that window this allows Flexibility for traffic, weather and prior service completion.

Clients will receive a confirmation message when the team is on route.

If we are more than 15min outside your scheduled window, you will be notified immediately.
